The sensitive style (German: empfindsamer Stil), empfindsam style, or tender style is a style of musical composition and poetry developed in 18th-century Germany, intended to express "true and natural" feelings, and featuring sudden contrasts of mood.
These pieces represent a deviant approach towards a reconstruction of what the sensitive style can still be, using Mozart's piano music as the basis for its organical growth spurts and degradations.
Tracks 1 & 12 assembled in Renoise using material from "Mozart: Music For 2 Pianos, Piano Duets / Haebler, Hoffmann" Philips Duo CAT# 454026. Remaining tracks assembled using Max/MSP with material from Mozart Sonata K. 284.
